There are no special order windows for the 3 Month Pre-Pay Option, they will follow the order windows for our Monthly Subscriptions. However, your renewal date will be on the 15th day of the third month within the current cycle.
For example, if you subscribe to the 3 Month Pre-Pay Option on December 15th, your first care package will arrive in January and run through March. Your renewal date will be March 15th for a new 3 month series beginning in April and running through June.
No matter when you order your care package, your renewal date will be on the 15th of the month you receive your care package.
For example, if you order your care package on December 20th, you will receive your first care package during the first full week in January and your renewal date will be on January 15th as well as every month you remain an active member.
If you order your care package on the December 21st, you will receive your first care package in February and your first renewal date will be February 15th as well as every month you remain an active member.
Your renewal date for a 3 month pre-pay subscription will be on the 15th day of the 3rd month’s current cycle.
For example, if you order a 3 month pre-pay subscription on February 1st, your first care package will arrive in March and run through May. Your renewal date for a new 3 month cycle will be on May 15th for another cycle beginning in June and running through August.
Your care package will ship from the East Coast via USPS. We currently only ship within the United States.
Unfortunately, we can not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Your care package will ship during the last week of the order month.
For example, if you order on December 15th, your first box will be in January and will be shipped during the last week of December.
If you subscribe during our Founding Subscriber Launch, you will receive free shipping when you purchase a one time gift. If you subscribe to our monthly or pre-pay options during our Founding Subscribers Launch, you will be locked in to a FREE shipping perk for as long as you are an active subscriber. If you choose to cancel your subscription, unfortunately you will no longer be a Founding Subscriber and lose this perk, too.
If you are ordering after our Founding Subscribers Launch, there is a $5 flat fee for shipping regardless of which option you choose.
You will receive your first care package the month following your order as long as you place your order on or before 11:59pm on the 20th. For all orders placed on the 21st, you will receive your first care package in 2 months.
For example, if you place your order on or before December 20th, your first care package will be in January.
If you place your order on December 21st, your first care package will be in February.
Because shipping times will vary across the United States, you can expect your care package to arrive within the first full week of the designated month.

Yes! You can give a one time wellness gift to yourself or the caregiver in your life by choosing our Wellness Gift Option.
No. If you are ordering a one time care package, there is no specific order window requirement.
However, the order could take up to 5 working days to process. Additionally, it could take up to an another 10 working days from the date it was mailed to be delivered if you stay with our $5 flat rate shipping method. If you would like your gift recipient to receive the order earlier, please feel free to choose another shipping method at checkout. Please note, choosing a faster shipping method will alter the overall price of your box.
Our first care package will go out the last week in December and arrive in January. After January, a one time care package will be mailed within 5 working days from the time the order was received.
If you enter your delivery information incorrectly and the care package that was sent out is returned to us, we will re-send it to you once you have provided your correct information. You will be charged a second mailing fee even if you are a founding subscriber with a free shipping perk.
If you entered your delivery information incorrectly and the care package that was sent out is not returned to us, we will charge you for a second care package including shipping fees, even if you are a founding subscriber with a free shipping perk.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel after the renewal date (the 15th), your care package will be canceled beginning in the 2nd month.
For example, if you cancel your monthly subscription on May 16th, you will receive and be charged for the June care package. Your subscription will be canceled effective July.
If you are canceling your 3 Month Pre-Pay subscription after the renewal date, you will receive and be charged for the care packages within the order windows designated.
We do not offer any refunds or returns.
If you cancel your care package right after you subscribed, you are only preventing your subscription from renewing. You will still receive and be charged for your first box. If you made a mistake during checkout which needs to be corrected, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will do everything we can to help correct the situation.
If you received a care package with one or more broken items, please report this by emailing your name (first and last), a commentary of what happened, and a picture of the broken item(s) to email@example.com within 48 hours of the identified delivery date. We will be happy to send you a replacement item.
Bummer! We are so sad you didn’t receive your care package. If after the first full week of the intended month you have not received your care package, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will open a claim with the USPS and do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If after 10 working days, from the time a claim was opened, we have not been able to resolve this issue by finding your care package, we will be happy to send you another one. If this happens a second month, we will require a new and valid address for future care packages to be delivered.
Never! We hate hidden fees as well, so we would never do that to you.
